Use Foundbase from your AI assistant

Connect ChatGPT, Claude or any other MCP-compatible client to Foundbase. It uses the same tools, permissions, approval rules and audit trail as the built-in assistant.

Connect ChatGPT

Open Settings in ChatGPT and go to Apps & Connectors.
Turn on developer mode under Advanced settings.
Create a connector and paste in the connector URL above.
Sign in with your usual Foundbase account and approve the access it asks for.

Open Settings in Claude and select Connectors.
Add a custom connector and paste in the connector URL above.
Sign in with your usual Foundbase account and approve the access it asks for.

How access stays safe

Your role in the Foundbase project is checked again on every tool call.
Read, write and admin access are granted as separate OAuth permissions.
Actions that delete data or have real consequences still need your explicit confirmation.
Tool calls still run through Foundbase's policy checks and audit logging.
The connector never exposes API keys, credentials or the unrestricted internal API tool.
