The Stripe view is separate from Foundbase budget, CRM and workflows. The current implementation does not document automatic budget changes or workflow triggers from Stripe data.

Foundbase attempts to use Stripe’s official MRR metric. That metric is not always available through a Stripe Connect connection.
When the official metric is unavailable, Foundbase calculates a local MRR estimate. It normalises recurring prices by billing interval and includes active, trialling and past-due subscriptions. ARR is calculated from MRR.
If official history is unavailable, the trend view can be based on the current local estimate rather than actual historical MRR. Treat the figure as an estimate and compare it with Stripe when precision matters.
You can start a sync from the Stripe view. Foundbase displays the time and status of the latest completed sync.
The page therefore does not describe the data as live or continuously updated. Check the latest sync before using the figures in a report or decision.
The Stripe view shows payment and subscription data. Foundbase budget and accounting integrations have separate roles and views.
The current implementation does not document automatic transfer of Stripe figures into budget or matching with CRM. Use the separate product pages to assess those features, and do not treat the Stripe view as bookkeeping.
