Choose an integration by data direction and workflow

The word integration does not describe one technical behavior. Some connections sync in both directions. Others import data into Foundbase or provide read-only access to an external system.

Calendar connections have settings for sync direction. HubSpot and GoHighLevel support CRM import. Stripe uses read-only access. The accounting integrations retrieve entries and transactions.

Assess each integration by the data it actually handles. Read the integration page, review access and start with a bounded workflow.

The catalog is generated from the Foundbase registry and excludes test integrations. Integrations require the Growth plan after the trial period.

Features

What the available integrations cover

Capabilities vary by integration. Each integration page explains the connection type, supported data and intended use.

Calendar

Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar can sync follow-ups, tasks and deals. You choose the sync direction in settings.

Email

Gmail and Outlook can send email from leads and deals. IMAP/SMTP connects other email providers.

Accounting

Dinero and e-conomic can import entries and transactions into Foundbase.

Payments

Stripe connects with read-only access so subscriptions, customers, revenue and KPIs can be viewed in Foundbase.

CRM import

HubSpot and GoHighLevel can import CRM data. The integration page lists the supported record types.

Communication and other data

Slack, Meta for Business, JustCall and Eventbilletten cover notifications, leads, calls and event data.

Concrete integration workflows

These examples are based on the capabilities registered for the integrations currently available in Foundbase.

01

Calendar and follow-ups

Sync tasks, deals and follow-ups with Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. Choose the direction in integration settings.

02

CRM data from an existing system

Import contacts, companies and sales data from HubSpot or GoHighLevel, then continue in Foundbase CRM.

03

Email from CRM

Connect Gmail, Outlook or an IMAP/SMTP mailbox and send from the connected address from leads and deals.

04

Accounting and payment data

Retrieve entries and transactions from Dinero or e-conomic, or view Stripe data through a read-only connection.

Practical overview

How to assess an integration

See the catalog before assessing the solution

An integrations page should first answer whether the system you use is actually available. The catalog therefore appears near the top and lists the public integrations directly.

Search by system name or filter by calendar, CRM, accounting, payments, email, communication, marketing and other categories.

Each card links to a page about that connection. Use it to check capabilities, data direction and the workflow the integration supports.

Import, sync and read-only access are different

An import moves selected data into Foundbase. This includes CRM data from HubSpot and GoHighLevel.

The calendar integrations include settings for direction and the Foundbase data types to sync.

Stripe connects with read-only access. Dinero and e-conomic retrieve entries and transactions. The email integrations send from connected addresses.

That distinction matters because setup, access and expected results depend on the connection type.

What each integration page shows

The page explains which Foundbase areas the integration works with and the data or actions the connection is built for.

Name, icon, category and public availability come from the same registry used by the product.

If an integration is in test mode, it is not included in the public catalog.

Check the connection before making it part of operations

Choose one bounded workflow and review which data the integration can access.

Decide who may configure the connection and who should see it in the project.

Test import or sync with a manageable data set before making the connection central to a process.

Review the integration page again if your needs or the external system change.

Features

How integrations connect with Foundbase

Each integration has a bounded purpose. These Foundbase areas are the most relevant when deciding where external data should be used.

Contracts

Contracts are created, sent and signed in Foundbase. Assess each integration by how its data supports the surrounding workflow.

Budget tool

Use entries and transactions from Dinero or e-conomic and read-only Stripe data as input for financial visibility.
